MDC Samples

Have wanted to try this shaving soap but was not prepared to spend this much money on a soap that I haven't even had a chance to smell. My problem was solved by Old Town Shaving. They offer small samples for under $5.00. Ordered the Lavender and Fougere and received them in three days. Transferred the samples into glass containers and gave them a try. Now I see what all the fuss is about. They will find their way into my rotation.

That's exactly how I tried mdc the first time. An for the same reason. Cheap way to try the pricey stuff. Also give Xpec and antica colla barberra. They have them in sample size and they are really good.

I found the samples dangerous... at least for me, if you buy the sample, you will shortly thereafter buy the soap.

I might consider trying the lavender next time I'm in Pasadena.
