My sampler from TGQ just got here...EMPTY!!!!!

Looks like the end of the box was a little crushed. They closed it back up and sent it anyways. No note or nothing. NOOOOO...:rant:

I emailed Colleen and hope this will work out. From everything I hear about her, I am not worried. Guess I won't be trying her stuff until after Christmas now. :cry:

Maybe it got crushed and re-sealed in transit and your soaps are bouncing around in a truck somewhere. :eek::cry:

Most certainly it wasn't Colleen's issue. However, she just emailed me letting me know there will be a new box in the mail in the morning. Wooo Hoooo,
She may end up with a customer for life with service like this. :rock:

that sucks that your soap was missing but her sending you a new one is great. its almost imposible to get service like that anymore:D

Sorry to hear your soaps got nicked - must be some old postal worker, 'cause the vast majority of the new guys wouldn't know shaving soap if it hit the in the head - all they know is that canned goo.

You know what ?....now that you mention that,my order came in a crush mailing box,one of the end was partialy opend.Colleen should tape it up the boxes to prevent missing orders.

I dont blame her.I also sale stuff online,im sure that all my orders can arive safe to the owner so i tape all my boxes cuz i know how the USPS handle parcels.

I don't think he is holding her responsible. However, she does hold herself accountable, and a little tape may prevent this from happening again. At least in this case, it would have.
Anyhow, it should be in the mail today. I guess I won't see it till next week with it being Christmas.
