Looks like the end of the box was a little crushed. They closed it back up and sent it anyways. No note or nothing. NOOOOO...

I emailed Colleen and hope this will work out. From everything I hear about her, I am not worried. Guess I won't be trying her stuff until after Christmas now.

Maybe it got crushed and re-sealed in transit and your soaps are bouncing around in a truck somewhere.

If it was here in NYC I would just assume the mailman stole it.

that sucks that your soap was missing but her sending you a new one is great. its almost imposible to get service like that anymore

Sorry to hear your soaps got nicked - must be some old postal worker, 'cause the vast majority of the new guys wouldn't know shaving soap if it hit the in the head - all they know is that canned goo.
