Default Has anyone used Lush Prince shave cream?

I got some for Christmas and have used it once or twice. It doesnt lather so it seems weird to shave with it. It worked well enough but for the ammount you need to use for a good shave the stuff is quite pricey.

Can anyone suggest a way to make it lather? I tried adding it to my normal prorazo lather and it actually flattened the lather a bit.

    What are your experiences?

My experience with it mirrors yours. You have to simply smear it onto your face, and shave it off. Always took too much rinsing afterwards for me too. It is a latherless shaving product, so give up on trying to get it to do that.

It's the worst cream I tried in my search for what works for me.

It won't lather. I went back to Lush just to give them feedback. My advice was not to suggest it for straight/DE shavers. The girls there were happy to get feedbacks (didn't try to tell me I made something wrong) and told me the cream was better if used with multi-bladed razors. Frequent blade rinse was advised too (wich is bad for straight shaving).

Chocolate is good, but not on steak. I don't say their cream is total crap, but not suited for wet shavers.

The entire soap line of Lush is more about the qualities of the sales people in the store then the products lol. I agree, the shaving soap is utterly useless. I tried some other soaps from them, while smelling nice, they are not at al worth the money.
