I recently visited an E&C store. The lady in the store was very rude and refused...yes refused to give me a sample of NOMAD.
I wrote the CEO and within a week a regional manager sent me a box with $300 worth of goodies in it.
Several tubes of Nomad, several bottles of the fragrance, delicate soap for clothes, hand creme, shower gel.
Sometimes bad service can be good! :D
I recently picked up a brush and a stand at Crabtree (double cashback gift certificate with Discover card - works for me). Friendly lady at that store would have probably sampled me to death had I not insisted otherwise. (She apparently has a particular fondness for giving demos of the lathering capacity of their shaving creams.) Managed to escape with just two of them (one of their sandalwood cream and one of ... I think Nomad, which they had preprepared in tubes to give away).Quote:
