Incredible customer service
Just thought I would share what happened to me. I ordered some shave soap from Mamma Bear's a week or so ago. Anyway Paypal dorked up my order by giving Mamma Bear's the wrong shipping address to the one I had given on my order through Mamma Bear's website. I got a confirmation email saying that my order shipped but I saw that it was not going to the place I needed it to. I wrote to Sue at Mamma Bear's and explained the situation. What made it more difficult was the fact that I was only going to be in the US for a week and that is why I ordered the soap to the address where I was staying. So to cut to the chase I was not going to be able to get my soap while I was in the US. I would have to have a contact re-ship it to me when it arrived at the wrong address.
Here is where the wonderful customer service comes in. I get an email saying that my order charges have been refunded. I was pretty surprised and I wrote to Sue saying that they didn't need to refund me my money that it was just an inconvenience was all. I couldn't believe how generous they were. Now here is where it gets incredible not just wonderful. The day before I leave the US a package comes express mailed to me with a new order from Mamma Bear's. After they refunded me my order they sent me a new order completely at their expense. I have never encountered customer service of this caliber. I can't wait to use my new soap. If it is nearly as good as their service I will be buying a lot more for sure.

Sue Clark at Mama Bear is a charming and classy lady. She does offer exceptionally good service. And, oh, by the way, she also makes a great shaving soap.
