2 Test batches
Well I found we had some old soap making supplies laying around the house. So I decided to look for a shaving cream recipe. Found one that used the items I had and gave it a go.. had to modify it some and will be trying to lather it tomorrow after it has set a little while to see what happens to it.

I currently have a lemongrass and West India sandalwood. I will be test lather them later today (after work) to see what happens with them.

Haha.. my wife was wondering where I was going to send the extra to since that much cream ( if it works ) would last me probably longer than the cream itself.. lol Originally Posted by Ryan82

Well when I got home I checked the cream and it is more like croap ( creamy soap). Batch 1 is slick as heck but I couldn't get a decent lather.. may have added too much water to it so will try again tomorrow or the next day.
Batch 2 wouldn't lather at all so looks like that one may be a dud for shaving but will try it again in a couple days.
