tabak is next. That is it I think.
I'd love to get my hands on some mwf
Vintage Yardley
Any of the RazoRock soaps(especially the Artisan line)
Mama Bear's Lilac Ice
Arko
Williams(yes Williams:) )
You'd probably enjoy it more if you got some MWF on your face. I finally got a puck of it a few weeks ago, and have used it in the harsh hot high desert and in the lush humid midwest, with a happy face in both environments. Am looking foward to how it feels in the harsh cold high desert this winter. If I had to have just ONE soap, this would be it.

Well, I only have 5 soaps, although one would be enough, so, in order of preference:
C&E Sienna
Mama Bear's Spellbound Woods
RazoRock La Famiglia, Don Marco
Arko shave stick
Williams Mug
Top 5
TOBS Jermyn St
Razorock Muguet de France

D.R. Harris
Savon du Midi
I only own 6 soaps, so please don't mind me listing 6 instead of 5 :)
Cella Crema Sapone Extra Extra Purissima
Mitchell's Wool Fat
Tabac

2. Mitchell's Wool Fat
3. Arko Shavestick
4. Proraso
5. VDH Glycerin
That said I will admit to being a bit of a soap slut and next week the top five could look totally different. My next SAD wave will include
TABAC
CELLA
IRISH MOOS
These three have been on my "gotta try" list for quite some time but I just never got around to it.
D R Harris.. they're all excellent!!
MWF
Mike's Unscented.. must try some more from Mike
Mudder Focker.. must try more of the Tallow ones
Tabac
Fun thread, guys! I'll play:
AoS
Glacier Smoothie
Williams Mug
Gillette Foamy
Aveda
I've never tried MWF but from reading y'alls preferences I think I should. Does it actually have lanolin ("wool fat") in it? That would be really good.
All this talk of soaps is killing me. I started out with one soap and one cream and then went... cream crazy. Time to expand my horizons I think :). There seems to be quite a few brands that are re-appearing here.
I feel another AD coming on :).
Hi Ash,
If I was to say that my once favourite Arlington has been knocked off the top spot, that's how great the Windsor soap is, IMO. The usual expected performance from Harris but with an even better scent. The scent is identical to the rest of the Windsor range.
Cella
Tabac
Poraso
RazoRock XXX
Trumper Extract of Limes or Coconut
Here's my top 5:
1. Creed (Original Vetiver)
2. Martin de Candre
3. Palmolive Shave Stick
4. Trumper's Rose
5. Tabac
DR Harris, Marlborough
I have only tried 15 or 20 different soaps, and not all by thorough testing either. Nevertheless, here are the soaps that have provided my top 5 shaving-soap shaves
MWF
MWF
Tabac
Colleen's Black Cavendish
MWF
I would have to go with:
- Mitchell's Wool Fat
- P.160 Tipo Morbido
- Palmolive Shaving Stick
- De Vergulde Hand
I think those are pretty much all I have (except for a Mama Bear's, which I'm not that fond of). I'm managing pretty wel, although at some point (in the distant future) Martin de Candre (see what the fuss is about) and some English classics, D.R. Harris seems to tempt me the most. Or maybe a Trumpers.
I have more creams than soaps but of those I would have to say that I am sold on my latest aquisition. Tabac
1. AOS sandalwood
2. Trumpers limes
3. Tobs avocado
4. Proraso green
4. Musgo real
Arko
La Toja Stick
Razorock Caprician Lemon
SRD Sandalwood
Razorock King Louis Lavender
MdC unscented
AoS Sandalwood
D.R. Harris
Haslinger
Calani
1. Martin de Candre - made with loving care on the grounds where Richard the Lionheart is buried
2. D.R. Harris - English quality at it's finest.
3. Mitchell's Wool Fat - aka The Fat
4. P.160 Tipo Morbido - Made with loving care by an artisan in Italy, when he retired, that was it.
5. Cella
I've tried samples of other shaving creams and soaps as well as had a puck of vulfix soap, but the only one I kept is MWF.
