My Wife took me to her Yoga Class...
.....as the title say's, my wife took me to her Yoga class over Christmas.....guess which one is me?

Whats funny about this, is my wife actually did take me to her yoga class over the christmas holidays. Hot yoga, and I was completely whooped, and red faced afterwards.

I felt good afterwards, but there wasn't a dry spot on my shirt and i was light headed a few times. I'd like to think I'm in good shape, but after that, I now know I'm not.

Recent research has revealed some pretty amazing benefits of yoga. I've been thinking of trying it myself at our local Y.
