I wouldn't think jeans and leather to be scarce commodities at a large congregation of motorcycle enthusiasts.
Then again, how much space does a strop occupy? Then again, if you'll only shave once (or twice) just strop before you leave.
Yeah I would leave it home, Its bike week grow a beard man:) But you can get creative like boots, jeans, saddle bags or just get a newspaper take a few sheets on the edge of bathroom counter or book even. should get you by nicely. Oh and if your blade needs a touch up borrow some chrome polish and treat the newsprint not great but will work. Enjoy the ride.
I used to do my stropping on Sundays, 7 at a time and they lasted all week. Just make sure they stay dry and the edge should stay keen. A leather belt works as a strop too :<0) Unless it has rows of spikes on it.
Take a small cotton square saturated with oil & stick it in a ziplock bag.
Oil the blade before you leave too.
Hand stropping, a jeans leg, folded newspaper or a travel strop rolled up.
The travel Dovo is a nice travel strop with linen and leather, about 1.5 X 2 in rolled up.
You can get a fine edge off a newspaper.

Not sure which bike Roger has , but even with a ultra room to haul stuff is limited for the long trips, even a strop, pretty much why I have a Feather, but I've done the newspaper thing and their free at most hotels, I tryed taking a strop one time , it didn't fair to well after 6 hours riding in the rain, even new bikes the bags can leak. In the past I have taken the whole den in order to "shave like a man".
My last trip I took a DE and a Arko shave stick and lathered with my hand.
Got a good enough shave to hang around with Utopian and Randy.
