Daily Paste for (leather) Paddles

Hi Folks,

There are a few pastes out there that I would
consider suitable for daily use on the hanging
(or paddle) linen strop. Examples of these
would be Dovo White and Classic Shaving's
White Lapping paste. Chalk and wax are some
other examples of this kind of daily treatment.

Has anyone here had any experience using a
two-side paddle strop (leather and leather) in
conjuction with a daily abrasive like this?
