    Default Dakota Strop

what do we think of this strop, think it looks alright? i really can't afford to spend much more than 20 pounds on a strop, so i just want the best for that.

Dakota Strop (DKA47) - Buy online from Rutlands.co.uk

or should i just go for "The Filly"?

huh, it says thick leather in the description, but it looks like very thin suede-type leather in the picture.

I would go for the filly if I was you, you might get burned on that paddle strop.

thanks for the info, i just found out the filly wont get shipped to scotland! but i have found a nice spare piece of burgundy latigo, 1.5 metres long. is this a good leather for strops? might just make one if it is.
