Ok I had a quick question about finishing a razor on pasted strops. I will be finishing on either a coticule or chinese natural stone, and then I have a 4 sided strop I made out of balsa and cowhide. After finishing up on the coticule, would it be overkill to then strop on a 6 micron, then 3 then 1 then .5?? and of course finishing on plain leather. Should I pass on the 6 micron paste if it is just been honed? Thanks in advance
