Hi Guys,
need some advice about something i think i may have done.

basically i have two razors an Invisible Edge "Classic" razor that is a carbon steel blade and one that was donated to me by a member on here thats a Stainless Steel blade.

i strop the pair of them with the same technique, pattern and amount of strokes. yet i noticed the other day the IE blade was really blunt (i spoke to Steve from IE and he's kindly taken the razor to have a look at for me).
The stainless steel blade is still as sharp now as it was when given to me.

Im concerned its me and when i get it back i may stuff the blade up with a bad strop technique again.

so my question is this: Is there a different way to strop carbon steel compared to stainless?
