    2nd That,
I also received the new 3" strops from Keith, in a word Awesome.. I didn't even know he was addding the monograms till he called and asked my initials..The gold lettering looks sweet..

Beautiful strops with very nice heavy duty hardware, also picked up one of the black waterbuffalo hide strops to use with his paste.

Now, I just need to get a paddle strop or 2 from Tony to try some diamond pastes

Default Today is a great day

I just received my strop from Keith at HandAmerica. It has my initials in 24 C Gold. It's really a work of art and I'm very pleased with the strop. Now I have to find out how to take care of it, the right way.

The other week ago I picked up the 2, 3"x24" peices of red latigo leather and hardware for making a strop that Keith sent me. I added an older lennin part from a Illinois strop I had that the leather part was hard and probably dry rotted. Here is how it turned out.

That is another work of art. Have you honed any razors with it yet? I honed about four and they turned out great. I can't believe I've spent all this money on Hones when I should have bought a strop.
It looks like you've done an exellent job. Keep up the good work.

I have used it, and it works great. Thanks for the compliments. I plan to get another hardware kit to make one out of he other peice of leather I have. It will not have the lennin part.
