Ah yes, I know what you are saying, but you don't know me. I've travelled a bit, stayed in more than my fair share of Motel rooms, and so I look everywhere, including under beds, behind doors, ledges and numerous nooks and crannies. My last check of a room would be akin to a security check before the arrival of a VIP. I've learnt from experience. I take out only what I need to use, and as much as possible, put it back in my bag when I finish with it. That's overkill 99% of the time, I know, but I've only ever left one thing behind in my travels, and vowed not to make the same mistake twice.

Yeah I usually am pretty religouse about my sweep. Apparently not this time.
I do plan on leaving my new Chinese strop in the room though, for the next guy.
Had a a find a magnatic iistening device under an ironing board.....Not sure if it was a suspicous husband or just "seeding"....Every since I check before and after...
What would Mcgyver do? :)
