at first I was like - great form but very slow - almost too slow....than the video progressed and I was like "dagg nabbit....that man can strop"

Thank you for uploading your stropping video! I just re-read your 2006 thread on stropping; I've been searching for your video ever since I first read it.
Your demonstration at slow speed is really instructive, especially for the timing of the "flip." Knowing what to look for when you went to full speed made it easier for me to observe the flip and the arcing motion of your arm.
