wow great video correct way to strop. will help a lot members. i don;t know have you watch to this video yourself?

at first I was like - great form but very slow - almost too slow....than the video progressed and I was like "dagg nabbit....that man can strop"

all kidding aside - really good stropping video - thanks for sharing.

Thank you for uploading your stropping video! I just re-read your 2006 thread on stropping; I've been searching for your video ever since I first read it.

Your demonstration at slow speed is really instructive, especially for the timing of the "flip." Knowing what to look for when you went to full speed made it easier for me to observe the flip and the arcing motion of your arm.

I'd like to do another video showing the movements from above. Viewing from the angle in the current video, it's a bit difficult to see and appreciate the arc/ diagonal X pattern.

Glad you were able to get something from it though.
