    I saw some JA Heckles kitchen knifes at the store and they where allot less than a straight so I wondered if they use different steel or something I was thinking it would be cool to make a frame back razor using a section of blade from one if it's good steel. but maybe I could just pick up a peering knife or something.

    Keep forgetting how to post vids

    I like how serious you look when you are shaving. It is, after all, serious business.

    CarrieM tells me the logo is a bulwhip. I don't remember who, but someone suggested that some of the early Torrey's with the bullwhip may be imported from Sheffield. That would explain the Sheffield type of "hollow ground" blade you've got there. What do you think, does she feel like the softer Sheffield steel?

    That wouldn't supprise me at all. Alot about how this razor feels reminds me of later sheffields, really is a nice feeling razor.

    I get into issues at work because I look like that when I concentrate, seems I scare the locals when I do that
