Just received a razor from ebay, I assume it was rescaled. The scales and the blade are in very nice condition except for one problem. The blade hits the wedge. It manages to clear enough to apparently seat the razor in with force, and it took some force to pull that razor out too. I was wondering if there was a product like an abrasive wire i could work in there and whittle a little bit off that wedge without unpinning the whole thing or doing damage to the insides of the scale. I remember something like a cheap wire saw that would come in the handle of survival knives. It seems like that would almost do the trick. I probably just need to scrape of a milimeter or two. Any suggestions?
