Wasn't sure where to post this, but here seems the most appropriate.
My Joseph Rodgers wedges have either bone or ivory scales. One of them has a split in the scale at the pivot pin end (not a crack at the pin - a split in the end of the scale like a flap).
I've noticed that if I'm not careful water gets inside the scale during a shave. Is this a bad thing? If it is, does anyone have any suggestions for fixing it? I thought about super glue - is that good enough?
James.
