Scale Template Challenge

OK gentelmen, here's the challenge. I am looking for a unique one of kind scale design. When it's something that I want to do for my self, for some reason I become artistically challenged. So below is the basic outline of the blade being used and some standard templates that are nice but not at all what I am looking for. They are the same as thousands of other razors. Again beautiful but not what I am after. This is your chance to help me find inspiration and come up with something off the hook and totally one of kind set of scales.





The material will be this Jacobs Ram Horn.



I was trying to figure out something using the Star Trek Klingon bat'leth designs as inspiration but nothing I tried on paper turned out. I know its because of my lack of artistic ability that is killing my designs. The fine points are are going to be problematic when cutting the final horn. So I tried to fill in the spaces on my templates and it didn't turn out well.



So if you are up to the challenge of creating a one of kind design please post it here. It doesn't have to be complete or perfect. A basic rough sketch will suffice or even a picture of the object that gave you the design. I am desperate on this one...

I don't know who made this one, but it's interesting in that it doesn't follow the same old same old shape.

I really like this idea, at work now, but I'll sketch some stuff out. If you have some rough dimensions, I could draw up the scales in 2D cad and send you a 1:1 .pdf file....

Well it's great for me, because I was thinking about making some scales, but that would require me getting dust and tools all over my kitchen. And buying tools. And supplies. Or getting a bunch of crud on carpet. This way I can satiate my urges until the summer time comes and I can get messy on my porch

6 inches from nose to tail. 4.74 from nose to pivot hole. 7/8 wide.

Yea thats the right direction. Ive never done inlays and doing the cut outs may be a challenge with this horn. I might have to change material to pull it off.

Im wanting to leave some of the rough texture like these.
