A Pin Drill to straighten the hole out
Pin and the washers should cover your mistake, the wedge end is simply not as critical as the pivot end, you can also glue the wedge to the "Off" side to make SURE it can't shift...
In the future drill the holes with the Scales done, and stuck together with either Rubber Cement or Double side tape,,
Thanks for all the help everyone. It would be a shame to not try and use these one, like you said outback they can always get used for a shorty if they dont work for this razor. I think my biggest concern was that the scales would shift as Im pining it so if they do I can always glue that wedge to the off side like you suggested Glen. Thanks again everybody.

Yea, on the wedge side, it will not matter except for aesthetically.
Horn does repair well and can be almost invisible, with horn dust and epoxy or CA. As said, large collars can cover a re-drill.
Worst case, you will learn to repair horn, or have a set for a shorty rescale.

They're your first scales, it adds character to the blade! You've done enough work as far as I'm concerned, pin 'er up!
