Thread: Soviet Razor

Picked this up when I was in Armenia a couple years ago. Was buying a sword at the time and the vendor threw this one in for free. My Russian is a little rusty but I think it says "Rocket" 3r. The thing after the T that looks sort of like a u is a tse sound, but doesn't make sense to me. I wasn't sure how well it would shave, but it is a decent shaver.
