YES!
What Aaron said and Marty's Pic.
I have 12 sets of them. They are the best and easiest thing to use. I had a couple hundred of the micro nuts and bolts. But after Tom sent me a set of the bolts in the pic above I threw away all the bolts I had. They are worth the money!

Yes, and the same Romanian supplier sells very high-quality, solid collars. I own and have used just about every type they sell-love 'em, and always enjoy getting the envelope with the exotic stamps and strange language after I forgot I even ordered it-I know it contains goodies.
One other minor thing: the brass rod they include with their collars actually fits their collars. I bought some brass pinning stock of supposedly the right size once, and couldn't make it fit in any of my collars, which is kind of important.

I use microfasteners.com 0-80 size. They also have different outer diameter washers in different materials. Sometimes I dome them sometimes I use them flat. To make the pinning permanent just peen down the bolt end onto the nut, or remove the nut, cut the bolt end about 1/32" proud and peen it down onto the washer. You can of course also round the bolt head if desired. Myself I usually do not use brass for permanent pinning but it can be done, it's just a bit soft and stretchy compared to Nickel-Silver rod.
