Right Fred ,most people dont notice ,you must be a tool and die maker,you cant use a buffer on the markside,or anywhere you have a square edge.I wet grind all those parts with hard wheels up to 60,000 grit.you need lots of wheels of different diameters grits and contours. the biggest problem for me is cross grit contamination l(larger grit paticles getting into your finer stuff containers)This is also real important in polishing on best quality firearms,thats why there are no buffers in those shops,except for round parts.You are the first guy who has mentioned it to me best regards gary

BTW Gary, what size are the pivot screws on your razors? The head looks bigger than an 'O' size. Just curious.
Fred they are 00-80 although i use up to #2 on some other ones where the guys want socket or torx heads
