    Default washer/shim cutter

I have been guilty of throwing razors together without washers between the scales and blade. I have not figured an easy way to make washers/shims until now. I used a cutoff wheel in a dremel to remove the center portion of the cutting lip on an old drill bit. I did mine by clamping the dremel to the drill press table and feeding the bit straight down into the cutoff wheel then rotating the bit 180 and doing it again. You could do freehand if you are not as blind as me. I used shim stock for the washers.
