The sanding was done as in Bruno's write up, used some oil on the blade during sanding, stopped at 2000, which was the finest I could find locally.Quote:

Great job on the restore..... That's the good news...
The bad news is if you think RAD was bad, becoming a "Rabid Restorer" is much, much, worse...
But the satisfaction of bringing a rusted, broken piece of junk, back to being a sharp, gleaming, working tool again, is really worth the effort
