    Default One for the wife

Some of you would have seen this little J. Diriam blade a couple of weeks ago. I posted a picture after chipping the blade while sanding. Thanks to some good advice, i saved the blade with a little reshaping at the heel end. This blade was only going to be a learning exercise in restoration as it had some pitting and its only a little 9/16 wide blade, too small for my liking. But then my wife sugested if she might give straight shaving a try if I made one for her. So i put in a little effort...
The scales are a red translucent acrylic with a clear acrylic wedge
    Brass pins and washers
    I'm quite proud of it.
