    Default first regrind/horn repair

Here is my first attempt at a regrind using my homemade grinder. The razor is a John Barber razor it was deeply pitted. I used about a 3.5” dia. Contact wheel. I was a good learning experience. I need to get more belts I have coarse belts and fine belts, but not much in the middle. I really never got all of the scratches form the coarse belts out. I am keeping an eye on ebay to find another beater blade that nobody wants to try the process again.

I also included pics of the horn repair I used thickened epoxy tinted with pigment to fill the voids.
