Torrey Scales

I have just finished a set of Cocobolo scales for Shorynot's Torrey razor. Here is a picture of them for him. I am putting it here because I can't figure out how to put them in a private message. Hope you like them Tony.

What do you finish your scales with?

Cocobolo is a particularly oily wood like Rosewood and Ebony. The best thing I have found to put a gloss finish on these is CA. You need to use it in a well ventilated place and you will also need a good buffer to produce the shine.

Great job on the scales Ray. To put a photo in a private message go to a free photo hosting site such as Photobucket and register. Upload your photos and when you want to put one or more in a PM copy the URL for that individual photo and paste it into the text box of your pm and the photo will appear when you send it. :tu
