Good thing someone else had some photos. I couldn't find mine and trying to take some I couldn't get the camera to focus right.

I got some of the Brass shim sheets from a hobby store that I plan on using, what thickness did you use? the package i have comes with 3 different thicknesses in it.
I am pretty sure the shim I use for thrust washers was 10 thou
the rest I have seem to thin almost foil like
use the thinnest sheet for the inside washers and thicker for the outside. I tend to use 26gauge nickel for my inside washers, and 20 gauge for my outside washers.
damn you imperial guys now I have to go workout what gauge is in Inches & mm's
and since it goes backwards with the smaller is bigger with gauge it shure doesn't help
26 gauge is .016 in. and 20 gauge is .032 in.
those aren't hard and fast numbers. Those just happen to be some of the scrap metal that I have in the shop. You can definitely go a bit up or down for either washer thickness.
Sweet razor!
