How I make the thin washers.
I make my own washers for my razors. The thin ones that fit between the tang and the scales. I buy .005 brass sheet from Ace hardware. I mark and lightly punch for holes along one edge and drill with either 1/16" or 3/32" and drill. You have to drill with a new drill or it will grab and bend the thin metal. I then punch the washers out with a 3 hole paper punch. They are just as good as the ones that come withe the razor. I have been doing this for the pocket knives I make for a long time. You can turn the punch over to line up the washer where you want to punch it in the hole. Mack
