    Default domed washer progress

i read the tutorial about making domed washers using drilled out steel rod and spent a little time fooling around making the setup. my first washer was a failure as i cut the tubing too short but in no time i was making washers that will work for me. they sure are tiny though, and every time i dropped one it disappeared into the flotsam and jetsam on the workbench. this picture represents what i'm getting, a huge improvement over the first times i tried pinning and peening. still need to figure out how to mount them on the dremel to polish them. i'm using a heavy teaspoon to peen the pins. i honed my new Boker today and will make new scales for it.
