Thread: Henckel 7 Day Set Restore

I just won a 7-day set of vintage Henckels on Ebay and was wondering who is my man for an ultimately envious restore? The blades don't look in too bad of condition from the photos but I haven't seen them up close yet.

What do these sort of services usually cost and how long does it take? Looking here for the jedi knight of straight blade restorers guaranteed to put a fat grin on my face

I wouldn't mind doing it myself if it looks like something that can be done without too many special tools or that requires some significant expertise but I do not want the result to look like an experiment in me learning how to restore.
