Im out here in San francisco on business,and found a guy who is a master melal finisher.I gave hin a fairly rusty meatchopper to try.He did a superb job,removed all corrosion,and pitting and put a mirror finish on the entire blade.He knows metalurgy,and didnt allow the blade to get hot so that it would anneal or draw,Im going to get him to do a couple more in worse condition and see how they turn out and will let you know Price was 4.50 Regards Gary
