Thanks to several members who took the time to help a neophyte learn in an earlier post I made (http://straightrazorpalace.com/works...ighlight=frown) I was able to remove a frown from a blade I got on eBay. Take a look:

You may have noticed I attempted putting a barber's notch in the toe. I got a new flex cable for my Rotozip and was dying to try it out on something. Not quite in the correct place or shape but I learned I could do it. Anyhow, I intend to shorten this blade and may or may not put a notch in it at that time. I am height challenged so everything needs to be tailored for me. I think a shorter razor will work well.

You may have also noticed all the gall darn pitting on this blade and be asking yourself why I would even bother with this razor. You may be right I may be crazy but then again you may be wrong (so says Billy Joel). I assure you, I am not a lunatic. This is my testing razor to use before applying any new techniques to other razors. I am a true newbie and therefore expect to make mistakes. Better to be done on this $10 razor than a more expensive one.

Thanks for looking.
