First re pin job
Very recently I scored a 13/16 No. 89 Puma Special. Razor was in fantastic condition, but the pins were crap. Last weekend i decided to sit down and do a full pin replacement. Here are the results. Closes a little off center but for a first time i am very pleased. Sorry for poor photo quality.

The centering is something you'll just have to play with. Just peen a little check the alignment, peen some more to adjust and check. It's a process and not just something you do and finish. Great job though, it isn't the most difficult thing, but if you don't have a good eye, patience, and consistent strikes, you will fight that rod the whole way. If you haven't seen it yet, gssixgun has a peening video on youtube and he explains how to align the blade with your hammer strikes. Very good vid to watch.
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.
