    Default need a little advise

I have this razor that I picked up the other day. All that I can read off the blade is terjung and just below that is azor which I am taking to say Razor. It has what appears to have what used to be clear plastic handles with a metal plaque inset in the front scale the wedge is lead. It was advertised as a Friedman and Louterjung. Blades in pretty good shape

Problem I have is I pulled the hinge pin so I could clean the blade handle and found that the pivot hole in the blade is more square then round looks like it was punched on and anvil with a hardy and swage.

My question to the guys that know is would you just put in a bushing or would you silver solder in a bushing cause if you don't fix it in place its gonna let the blade flop all over the place way I see it.

the other question is the scales have a lot of cracks running along the edges, can these be filled by placing in something like polyuthrene in a vac pot??, I would like to keep the original scales as they don't have any cracks thru the pin holes. Could use some straightening thou.
