Thanked: 21brush/soap/strop rack
Well I'm far from a woodworker, just really love working with wood. Luckily we have some beautiful wood in the local store and surrounding us as well. I'm in the process of making a simple brush, soap, strop display. Its sanded, glued and has its first coat of varnish applied. I still have to apply an additional coat of varnish and the brass to decorate as well, not to mention the two brass hooks at the bottom to hang the strops, hanging and paddles that I have recently made. What do you think? Good Bad or Otherwise? I can take the truth. The wood used is bloodwood as i found a few AMAZING pieces locally( if anyone needs any to make scales pm me and I can easily share) the colors were out of this world, the shelves are out of Honduran rosewood as i had a few pieces laying around, i thought about purple heart but decided i dont want to take away from the bloodwood. Anyway here is the progression thus far.
respectfully,
Christian
