was turning a brush handle a few days ago,multi wood composite,ivory, horn,the sucker was fantastic,Have a real High mountain White knot for it which is an amazing Knot BTW.
Was done, ready for cutoff,maybe a little more polishing me thinks,Re-chuck it,ran the tailstock live center back in place,give it a couple cranks,split the entire handle into 3 pces:( 8 hrs of work destroyed in a second.Bad stuff happens,but so do's good sometimes.
So true. Glad to hear about the knot cause I have a High Mountain knot on the way that I have been wanting to see how it will turn out.

OMG what did you use for the knot? the bottom of a broom? Never seen a knot that big. I think a brush that size bloomed out would lather your entire face in one swirl. To think I thought 26mm was big. How wrong I was.
