    You definitely still have your throwing mojo after a three year break. I tried last year after not throwing for 35 years - did not do nearly as well as you did. I think there is a market for your work. Please post pictures after glaze fire.

    That was my point - sorry I wasn't clear. It was fun to get muddy again, though. A community ed class - just low fire, electric kiln, etc. - If I had a chance to get back into stoneware and reduction firing, it would be tempting.

    As a thought, I have a ceramic brush..it clatters. If you were to make a groove half round going around the bristle end; you would be able to add a black neoprene rubber "O-ring" to prevent the clatter / chipping.

    I need to ask what you guys consider is the optimal size or proportions; and weight for a brush?
