Thanked: 110NOS Red Wing Boots
Good evening everyone.. First off I'm sorry I'm putting something on auction so late but it's been a busy November and was trying to find something to put up. I don't have any extra shaving stuff so this is my item. If it's not appropriate for this auction please let me know as I'm just wanting to help. So what I have is a pair of "vintage" (1997) pair of NOS 100% made in the USA model 2208 steel toe bad ass work boots size 9.5D.. I got these a number years ago at flea market/garage sale? Something like that. Well as much as knew they were to large I convinced myself I could wear them.. Nope! So these are in as new of condition as you can get without being off the rack. The pics should show you condition. Laces still stiff, leather the same, look at bottom of sole and the stitching is still white. I have and and have had a number of USA made Red Wing Boots and for me thru are the best work boot out there (taking nothing away from USA wolverine, danger, georgia, etc) This is a light boot for being steel toe, they are super quiet on floors and are made to not track too much debris, replaceable soles and with the old school comfort leather/thin pad insole are comfortable from the time you put them on.. They have long since discontinued this model and you will be the envy of your work crew and get tons of compliments on their appearance.. Most members I'm assuming know about Red Wing Boots and the history and probably some of you guys had this model and know the quality and durabiliy.. The only thing wrong with these and I can't say wrong because it affects nothing is the left boot I had to cut the tongue down about 3/4 of an inch as I am a below knee amputee and work boots with tight openings I can't bend a foot to slide it in.. You don't notice and takes away nothing from boots. Red Wing Boots usually tun about 1/2 size big and these seem to be no different.. Enough talking eh? You won't regret purchasing these especially for the cause!!.. Let's see what we can get for these in 4 days.. start at a meager $35.00. .. thanks everyone,Scott.. Also buyer pays shipping cost and I had the original box until a few weeks ago, wife asked for a box to ship something and I said to take a Red Wing box. I didn't think she would take that one but they will come packed in a new red wing box model 468 ( highly recommend those too👍

Thanked: 4206Great boots, near indestructible.
Coated mine in Thomson water seal 18 years ago, and still leak free!
I'm a size 10 or I'd already have bid on these.
Also, if you like a wider boot, these are your fit gents!

Size 12s here, unfortunately. Otherwise, I'd be all over these.
Come on guys - this is an awesome donation. Let's raise some $$!
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
