Just setting up the Movember page in Anticipation of another exciting exchange of swag, be it shaving, hunting, drinking, or cutting, burning, building,,,

Ok, so if I am understanding cause for the life of me I can’t remember what I done in the past, (too much bourbon I guess ). Like right now I’m a little buzzed, in this thread I post my items I’m donating to Movember for auction. Then at the end they pay the thread not me, then I mail them their items. ?

I’d like to start a “2021 Movember Auction items” sub page, otherwise the items will be hard to spot in all the noise below.

Need to ask Gugi or maybe Dave how to get a blurb on the home page to increase traffic and link to that auction page for the month as well.
Carry on with the bourbon sir.. we have three more weeks to plan..

Quick update regarding the mo month.
Gugi cleaned up the thread some as you will see, and also created sub threads for older years.
Will be easier to keep this year current on the main thread for auction items.
I’ll be putting out an outline next week for those with items to auction off this year so the format is consistent.
Make sure all this years swag stands out from old years fun..

We here at SRP hold an annual auction during the month on Movember in which all proceeds go dir3ctly to The Movember Foundation to further men’s health and awareness initiatives.
Starting Nov 1 look in the buy and sell section for the Movember swag being auctioned off by some of our incredible members. A great chance to increase your kit, and help a worthy cause along the way.

Gugi indicated that’s no small feat because everyone’s screen size is different etc so good enough.

So just over a week away still. I have lots of vintage steel bits and ash raw stock for brush makers, maybe I should auction off a lot. hehe.

Thanks Tc for gathering some goodies up. I’m doing the same as I have more than I deserve, or need and enjoy the thrill of the auction.

Ok let’s get started! I have a bunch and some are very cool. I’ve been blessed to have so much but Movember is a cause we should get behind 100%. Dig deep guys, if not for the swag, then for our health.

1st up NICHIRI, M500 very nice with custom scales by Gssixgun, cool pins and washers, haven’t used in a while, so won’t say shave ready, but I’m betting it is. And its a 6/8 not 7/8. Sorry I was drinking last night. If you like Japanese steel then bid big, this one is great
