    Bruno demonstrated his edge trailing finish grinding at Charlie Lewis' razor making meet last week. Probably another good idea for avoiding edge on impact.

    Yes, edge trailing strokes can yield good results on stones, I would suspect the same grinding on belts.

    I have seen good results on synthetic finish stones like the GS20 and film, even with 12k Super Stones for finishing laps.

    I have seen a couple mentions of Bruno’s technique, but not much detail. It may just be as simple as avoiding edge leading impact, as Eric stated.
