Japanese naturals, Karasu and Renga Suita in Particular
Hey, if anyone has experience with Karasu and Renga Suita Nakayama's can they comment on the quality vs. the yellow ones (typically very fine)?
Karasu and Renga Suita are teh most covetted I've found, but I think the Renga Suita is just for the pattern. I BELIEVE from what I've had translated that the Karasu stones are high class finishers, but I don't wanna drop a **** ton on a stone that is rougher than my current J-Nat. I have found a reasonably priced Karasu that I am looking into, so that is my main interest.
THANKS!
O_S and So and the other j-nat junkies please please help me out!

Thanked: 488A Karasu is rare and expensive. They are indeed the final polisher if you can find one.

Agreed, a Karasu at that price and for a decent size is a great deal. A 6x2 Karasu would normally have to be 1mm thick to cost that little.
