I was wondering if anyone could get pictures up of a razor's edge going through the honing process. I've viewed a finished edge and a dull one through a loupe, but did not find it very helpful in actually attaining the finished edge. Perhaps a sequence of photos showing the differences would be a good guide for the novice honer like myself.

Any input on this? The results would more then likely be effected by the different hones and the actual metal the razor is made of, but I think it would still be a handy thing to have.

I agree the progression would be interesting and informative. I'd like to see this also. Not exactly what you're looking for but if you haven't seen these.......
