With the arsenal you have you should not have any problems getting your razors sharp. Well maybe one rough stone (~600 - 800) would be good to start at, but absolutely no dead necessary.
Start from the roughest grit you have and once you've honed the even bevel, move to the finer to remove the marks left from the previous stone. Finally you have fine polished edge. With totally dull edge it might take some time and efforts but surely it is not magic. Just work. Do not move into finer grits too soon. Have patience and take it as a process of learning and understanding what you do. Have fun.
If your razors are old you propably have to make new bevel first as the angle that old one has doesn't always match.'That is what i do. I drink and i know things'

You don't go to youtube you click in here srp videos.
i don't know why it should give a problem.
Next i really do think there is a problem with your hones.
lets start with 1200 oil stone. i don't know about it and never has been used. if you say it is1200 grit then this is very important part of your honing. without setting bevel you are not going to go anywhere.
Next you said you have belgian blue . this is very slow cutting stone. you will need a lot laps to get what you want from it. Bart may be helpful how and what to do with your BBw.
I didn't understand do you have cotiucle or not. if yes you are in good shape. if not then you are really in trouble.
lets say you get edge off BBW and not moving to Turingian . you will not able to sharpen that blade anymore. turingian isn't sharpening stone. it will make sharp edge a little more sharper.
Lastly chro2 same will not sharp edge(will if you are going to make 100 -200 laps.
lastly please check videos and see how strokes should be made.
easiest will be you buy norton /4./ 8 k and learn how to hone.
i am not saying you cannot go anywhere what you have you can. But you need to have experience on honing to use that combination.
hope this helps.
