I too have both Cella and P.160 for some years now, but you need to keep them in a cool place and inside a plastic bag to which you remove as much air as you can. Oxygen make tallow based soaps to go rancid.

Good to know. I'm only 1/2 way (if that) through my kilo, it'll be another year or two before I get to the last half, lol!
