Default Any ideas on what stone this may be?

J A Henckels Twin Works Straight Razor Lot Cut Throat w Strop Hone Stone | eBay

Been watching this and the prices were going along pretty much what I expected and then started to jump. Wondering if someone knows more about this stone than is apparent to me. Usually, and particularly with eBay, when someone feigns ignorance of something I assume it is a Bear Trap to get bids in the 'hope' that it is something cool... As compared to the Ads where someone is knowledgeable in their description and allows the piece to speak for itself.

But, eBay is where Legends are manufactured, bought and sold... So, just throwing this out for opinions... The razors seem decent but this jumped up pretty good pretty quick so just wondering if the stone is what may be driving this.

Thanks in advance for any help!

...one that is no longer a secret. Looks like it could be a coticule from the pics.

My eyes see a Belgian coticule stone.
Maybe it's from a cut of rock a few folks really want.

A very nice Coticule, seems like a natural combo, i had a similar but sold it in a stupid moment of frustration during my first honing experiments if i would find today such a coti i would never give it away.

The thinness of the stone makes me think it's just coticule stone they some times do that really nice cuts of the stuff.
People wanting it must have something to do with those dots not one of my coticule stones has dots like that one.

Yeah looks like a coticule to me, I've had coticules like these don't remember anything about how they cut, but it looks pretty. Would've been interesting to see the side or reverse of the stone.
